Our farm fresh frittata is filled with ingredients from the farm, spring vegetables, eggs from our chickens and ducks, heavy cream, and cheeses. Bits of our own asparagus*, kale, spinach, bell peppers and sweet onions all make this beautiful and fluffy dish. The frittata can be part of an Easter brunch menu or as a light supper paired with a salad and a loaf of our bread. Preparation is simple - just heat and serve. (serves 4-6) *when available
Quiche will have the same ingredients as the frittata in addition to a pie crust.
