Most of the time when you hear someone mention a recipe that includes pumpkin it’s a sweet dessert or a caffeinated beverage. We’re hosting an event in conjunction with our Fall Farm Frolic to showcase savory pumpkin dishes. Chef Alex Curtis will prepare vegan dishes that include pumpkin as the main ingredient. This will provide an opportunity for many people to taste pumpkin prepared in ways that are not as well known as the desserts, breads and beverages.
