We conduct a tour that begins on our farm followed by stops at historic places on St. Helena Island. The locations include a local praise house, the Reconstruction Era Monument locations in St. Helena (Brick Baptist Church and Darrah Hall), Penn Center formerly the Penn School with descriptions of the buildings, including the cottage Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. stayed in during his planning conferences with the SCLC. We continue with stops at The Coffin Point Plantation and Gullah cemetery where grave sites of United States Colored Troops can be respectfully seen.  The tour will be enhanced by the Gullah stories told along the way!

We ask the participants to follow us from point to point in their own vehicle  please have a mask available because some stops still require them to enter. Contact us to make a reservation before purchasing your tour so that we may confirm our schedule, often our farm duties will the tour schedule to be changed.
